I received multiple tracking numbers?
Products are sometimes sent in several packages to speed up delivery. It is therefore normal not to receive everything at the same time or to receive several tracking numbers.
The tracking number does not redirect me to the correct sender
The tracking number is correct, just go to the distributor's website and copy the number there to track it. We are working on the problem.
The Canada Post estimated delivery has been exceeded, what should I do?
If you have selected home delivery, you must rely on the time limit of 12-20 working days mentioned when ordering since dispatch. Canada Post's estimate is incorrect, we are working on that.
I have a special request to make a unique product with friends, can we arrange this?
Single orders can be made upon request for an additional fee if your association already does business with us. Make your request using the form below.
Returns and Refunds
Representatives of your company or association have approved the designs, colors and logos offered on the site.
Unless there are order errors, there are no returns or refunds as items are personalized for members or employees of the association or company.
In addition, the products (including samples) and the service of setting up the website and designs are not refundable as everything is “custom made”.
